Several significant transactions were recorded across the North Fork and Shelter Island region this week, led by the sale of a Southold waterfront estate for $12.35 million, one of the highest-priced transfers on the North Fork.
Elsewhere on the North Fork, a South Jamesport home on Peconic Bay Boulevard changed hands for $1.595 million, while Orient recorded a sale just under the $1 million mark. In Mattituck, two homes sold for $1.525 million and $560,000, respectively. Riverhead saw four recorded transfers, including a commercial property on Roanoke Avenue and a condominium at Strawberry Commons.
