Southold Town Supervisor Albert J. Krupski Jr. will deliver his third annual State of the Town address on Thursday, Aug. 13, at 7 p.m. at the Peconic Landing Community Center in Greenport. The event is open to the public.

According to a town news release, Krupski will review the town’s accomplishments in 2025, discuss the implementation of goals for 2026 and outline priorities for the future. Topics will include short-term rentals, the cell tower law, water conservation, affordable housing, public safety, land preservation, the Communications Task Force, aircraft noise and the town’s response to last year’s cyber incident. Written reports from town departments will also be available.

“We have a wonderful, energetic town, and I’m so grateful to work alongside the passionate staff and volunteers who take such great care of our community and visitors,” Krupski said in the release.
