In a summer full of blessedly sunny Fridays, the weather and the Mattituck Chamber of Commerce co-hosted another fantastic First Fridays street fair on Love Lane — just before Mother Nature put on a show of her own with a spectacular twilight lightning storm.

Before the skies lit up, Love Lane was packed with smiling faces, great food and drink, live music, bubbles, pop-ups, happy kids running around and neighbors catching up beneath twinkling lights. It’s hard to beat a Friday night when everything comes together like this.
