A $1.4 million commercial property sale in Jamesport led this week’s local real estate transfers, followed by a $1.35 million Shelter Island property and a $1.145 million vacant-land sale in Cutchogue. Elsewhere, Cutchogue homes sold for $1.1 million and $850,000, while three Riverhead properties changed hands for between $395,000 and $999,000.

Aquebogue (11931)

  • 16 Primrose Lane — Lacey & Haley Holdings LLC purchased the property from David and Suzanne Bartash for $899,999.

Baiting Hollow (11933)

  • 73 Glen Road — Kim Mitola and John Samida purchased the property from Cheryl and George Skrivanek for $739,000.

Cutchogue (11935)

  • 5125 Vanston Road (vacant land) — Shawn McBurnie purchased the property from David and Colleen Bofill for $1,145,000.
  • 780 Beebe Drive — Burrell and Elizabeth Culp purchased the property from John and Laura Galgano for $1,100,000.
  • 50 Oak Drive — Lynn Saladino purchased the property from Burrell and Elizabeth Culp for $850,000.

Jamesport (11947)

  • 1636 Main Road (commercial property) — Running With Scissors Ventures LLC purchased the property from Colorful Gardens Inc. for $1,400,000.

Mattituck (11952)

  • 2100 Bay Avenue — J Josef Szende and Sarah Sher purchased the property from Steven and Tamee Jester for $725,000.

Riverhead (11901)

  • 395 Stonecrop Road — David and Kerri Brooks purchased the property from Lisa Paulino for $999,000.
  • 1031 West Street — Shawn and Emmely Yarborough purchased the property from Chester Merrill for $455,000.
  • 226 Maple Avenue — Christopher O’Rourke purchased the property from Mary Hanwick for $395,000.
  • 33 Brown Street — Leon and Aida Benitez purchased the property from Eldin Morataya for $510,000.

Shelter Island (11964)

  • 15 Congdon Road — Wishberry Pond LLC purchased the property from Colin and Frances Greer for $1,350,000.

Wading River (11792)

  • 209 Fairway Drive — Marek and Kinga Jakubowicz purchased the property from Francis Porcelli for $770,000.
