North Fork & Shelter Island real estate transfers – Sept. 13, 2026

A $3.85 million commercial property sale in Riverhead led this week’s local real estate transfers, followed by a $2.48 million Peconic property and a $2.15 million Greenport sale. Elsewhere, homes in Cutchogue and Mattituck sold for more than $900,000, while two East Marion properties changed hands.
