Two multi-million-dollar sales on Shelter Island highlight a slow week
For the second time in three months, Shelter Island saw two real estate transfers of
more than $2.5 million in a single week. Each house lies on more than 1.5 acres and
feature views of the water. One sits near the east end of Big Ram Island and the other
stands on the shore of West Neck Bay.
Only one home of the other 10 transfers from this week sold for more than $1 million, a
two-bedroom condo in the Harvest Pointe condominium complex in Cutchogue.

AQUEBOGUE

CUTCHOGUE
Susan & Charles Bruschi bought a 1,600-square-foot condo at 31 Sweet Meadow
Court, near North Fork Country Club, from Catherine Cartolano for $1.025 million.
Kenneth & Karin Beecher sold the house on a 0.5-acre lot at 165 Wilson Road, near
Haywater Cove, to David Gammon for $660,000.
EAST MARION
Camilo & Juan Torres purchased the three-bedroom ranch house with an in-ground pool
at 4200 Rocky Point Road, a short walk from Rocky Point, from John & Kallipoe
Zervoudis and Vasiliki Troianos for $950,000.
Lena Trieu-Tanzi sold the almost half-acre vacant lot at 605 Beach Court, between
Cleaves point and Marion Lake, to Kimberly Hourihan for $625,000.
GREENPORT
535 Middleton Rd LLC bought the three-bedroom house at 14 Middleton Road, just east
of Inlet Pond County Park, from LLACG Community Investment Fund for $635,000.
JAMESPORT

Gary & Diane Schay purchased the four-bedroom Cape Cod house at 157 Pier Avenue,
near Iron Pier Beach, from Marra Family Trust for $950,000.
Francesco Friscioni sold the three-bedroom house at 40 Linda Lane East, not far from
Reeves Beach, to Michelle Gambino for $845,000.
Yamileth Lopez and Hector Acevedo bought the three-bedroom Colonial house at 24 Rabbit Run, halfway between Indian Island County Park and Woods at Cherry Creek,
from Milo Perez and Faith Marone for $790,000.
SHELTER ISLAND
Mazyer Hatami purchased the 3,400-square-foot Colonial house with views of
Gardiner’s Bay at 156 Ram Island Drive from the Estate of Mollie Numark for $2.679
million.
Gaze-On LLC sold the three-bedroom house on a 1.6-acre lot at 7 Gazon Road, on
West Neck Bay, to Valerie Thomas and Henry Reisch for $2.65 million.
SOUTHOLD
57190 Main Road LLC bought the commercial property at 57190 Main Road, across
from the North Fork Table & Inn, from Templeton & Pelletier Holdings LLC for $775,000.
Robert & Barbara Jurgens purchased the two-bedroom condo at 2555 Youngs Avenue
Apt 17D, near the Southold train station, from the Beatrice Burton Trust for $550,000.
