Aquebogue sees biggest sale since Thanksgiving week

The 2,400-square-foot home a short walk from both Reeves Creek and the Peconic River represents the largest home sale by price in Aquebogue since Thanksgiving week. The three-bedroom contemporary on Jacobs Place closed at $899,000, just $1,000 less than the four-bedroom Peconic Bay Boulevard home that Victor DeStefano sold for $900,000 at the end of November.

Meanwhile, the $2.799 million price tag for 12 Terry Drive on Shelter Island is the most expensive sale in this market in three weeks.
