Another historic home sold in Orient

A week after the sale of the Hale House, reputed to be Orient’s first schoolhouse, another historic home on Village Lane changed hands. Like the Hale House, the restored classic village home, which sold for just more than $1.75 million, was also built in the 18th century.

Also, in a shift from recent weeks, LLCs were involved in only three of the residential sales reported this week.

AQUEBOGUE

CUTCHOGUE
Nicole Eckstrom and Carlos Saavedra sold a fully rebuilt three-bedroom house at 590 Haywaters Drive, on Mud Creek, to Laura Benson and Celeste Light for $1.825 million.

Brian and Joyce Kelly purchased a Cape Cod house with an in-ground pool at 33595 Main Road, near Cutchogue East Elementary School, from Andrew and Alexa Attaway for $804,000.

Admiral Realty NY Ltd. purchased a 2,600-square-foot farmhouse at 26705 Main Road, across the street from North Fork Country Club, from Crossroads Atlantic LLC for $700,000.

EAST MARION
Jonathan and Marianne Mangels purchased the property at 30 Dogwood Lane, near Spring Pond, from Deirdre McGinty for $1.3 million.

GREENPORT
611 Main Street Ventures LLC purchased commercial property at 611 Main St., near Stirling Basin, from Stirling Rentals LLC for $1,542,500.

JAMESPORT
No real estate transfers were announced in Jamesport this week.

LAUREL
No real estate transfers were announced in Laurel this week.

MATTITUCK
Mountou LLC purchased a two-bedroom house with a dock at 555 East Legion Ave., on James Creek, from Nikelle and Frances Biszantz and Nicholas Vercollone for $1.3 million.

Douglas and Richard Ely sold a two-acre property on Mattituck Inlet at 1250 Grand Ave. to Rayvinger LLC for $1.2 million.

ORIENT
Marcelo and Olivia Ballve sold a restored 18th-century, three-bedroom home at 1620 Village Lane, near the Orient Yacht Club, to Jeffrey and Christine King for $1,751,620.

PECONIC
No real estate transfers were announced in Peconic this week.

RIVERHEAD
Sergio and Yevgeniya Rincon purchased a four-bedroom Cape Cod house with an in-ground pool at 839 Pondview Road, near Merritts Pond, from the Estate of Audrey Schulle for $825,000.

Alan and Pamela Maltagliati sold a three-bedroom ranch house on a 7,400-square-foot lot at 11 Segal Ave., near Terry’s Creek, to 11 Segal Avenue LLC for $525,000.

Jose Bautista purchased an approximately 800-square-foot ranch house at 23 Grove St., near Woods at Cherry Creek, from Diane Kaczorowski and Christian Gebhardt for $425,000.

Raynor 560 LLC sold a two-bedroom, 619-square-foot home at 560 Raynor Ave., near Stotzky Memorial Park, to Anthony Muralles and Lidia Healey for $384,000.

James Hill purchased a 1,000-square-foot home at 10 Birch Court, on the west side of Wildwood Lake, from the Estate of Peggy Rasanen for $480,200.

Scott Murphy sold a five-bedroom home at 7 Grand Ave., near the Chequit Hotel, to Jean-Pierre Latrille and Yolanda Willmore for $1.315 million.

Martin and Shannon Cahill purchased a three-bedroom ranch house with a wood-burning fireplace at 2575 Oaklawn Ave., near Jockey Creek, from the Coniglio Family Trust for $815,000.

Matthew Viederman and Lucy Gilmour purchased a 1,600-square-foot brick ranch house at 155 Shepard Drive, near Goose Creek, from Joy Kaelin for $791,000.

Nancy Thayer and Harold Sandler sold a three-bedroom cottage at 335 Dogwood Lane, within walking distance of Kenney’s Beach, to LUC Realty Inc. for $645,000.
