Peconic sees its first sale in almost four months
The three-bedroom ranch house at 585 Peconic Lane marks the first home sale listed in Peconic since October 31, 2025. The home, which sits on just more than one-third of an acre, sold for $650,000.

MT & Sons Inc bought the 2-bedroom home at 96 Old Quogue Road, just south of the Peconic River, in a foreclosure sale from the Estate of Hazel Hobson (defendant) and Daniel J Murphy (referee) for $404K.
SHELTER ISLAND
Puls Family Trust sold the three-bedroom house with cathedral ceilings at 27 Country Club Drive, near Menhaden Lane Beach, to Charity Robey and Steven Forman for $1.725 million.
