LLCs scooping up vacant land in East Marion
Several LLCs bought $23.5 million worth of vacant land in East Marion. Ten of the 17 properties there were sold by Cove Beach Estates LLC. Of the 17 listings, 12 sold for $1.2 million or more, including one that closed at a price of more than $4 million.

275 Fishermans Beach LLC purchased the vacant lot at 275 Fishermans Beach Road, by Horseshoe Cove, from Jacqueline O’Neill for $628,571.

NFH JC LLC bought three vacant lots at the following addresses: Private Road from Quanah Point Corp for $1.785 million; Private Road from NFRE Development Corp for $1.525 million; and Cove Beach Drive from Cove Beach Estates LLC for $125K.

Oyster & Oak LLC bought the ranch house at 405 East Gillette Drive, by Spring Pond, from Michael Pecoraro for $600K.
Hermetic Holdings LLC purchased a vacant lot at Cove Beach Road from Cove Beach Estates LLC for $50K.
D & E Fleming Trust sold the two-bedroom cottage at 1845 Shipyard Lane, a short walk from Cleaves Point, to Glenn Crandall and Edina Kosachevskyfor $515K.
Stephen & Katherine Catalano sold the three-bedroom ranch house at 180 Pine Terrace, close to Rocky Point, to Athanasios & Afroditi Amaxas for $1.3 million.

Pamela Dunn and Karen Johnson sold the circa 1910 two-bedroom farmhouse style home at 330 2nd Street, a short walk to the waterfront, to 330 Second St GP LLC for $675K.

Speonk Land Development LLC sold the vacant lot at 520 Zena Road to Southampton Building Company Corp for $515K. Southampton Building Company Corp then flipped the property, which is about three-quarters of a mile from Breakwater Beach, to Guy Moritz for $1.5 million.
Michele Cito and Justin Bresler bought the 4-bedroom Cape Cod house at 845 Rosewood Drive, near Mattituck Inlet, from Jose Pirir-Cotzojay for $1.375 million.

William Petito purchased the two-bedroom cottage at 150 Hobart Road, near Town Creek, from John & Laurie Lane for $775K.
