East Marion’s priciest home sale since 2018 closes

Not since 2840 Stars Road sold for $5.284 million has a home in East Marion sold for as much as the beachfront home with water access at 3345 Cedar Lane, which sold for $4.825 million.

Elsewhere, Shelter Island saw its second residential sale of more than $4 million this month.

AQUEBOGUE

Carly Postal purchased the three-bedroom ranch house at 72 Josica Drive,  near Terrys Creek, from the Estate of Julia Cooper for $655,000.

Jamesport Farmhouse LLC bought the house at 1197 Main Road, across the street from Jamesport Vineyards from Beverly Buckingham and Karen & Ann Raffel for $615,000.

CUTCHOGUE

Joseph Fuchs sold the almost 4,000-square-foot Colonial house at 1070 Depot Lane, by Cutchogue Cemetery, to John & Diane Hodgson for $1.449 million.

Integrity Equity Partners LLC purchased the 1.59-acre vacant lot at 34100 Main Road, just west of Pugliese Vineyards, from Matthew & Diane Bassford and Maude Carter for $519,000.

EAST MARION

Kimberly Hourihan and Carol Morris bought the five-bedroom house with an in-ground pool at 3345 Cedar Lane, near Cleaves Point, from Vito Tanzi and Lena Trieu-Tanz for $4.825 million.

The Estate of Florence Mazurowski sold the five-bedroom house with a guest cottage at 11005 Main Road, just north of Marion Lake, to Frank & Pamela Hoerauf for $650,000.

GREEENPORT

Andrew Levy and Amy Trooskin purchased the three-bedroom Cape Cod house at 1111 Main St, near Stony Brook Eastern Long Island Hospital, from 1111 Main St LLC for $1.2 million.

Michael Flora bought the house on a 7,400-square-foot lot at 1295 Washington Avenue Extension, just north of Moores Drain, from Victoria Chute for $630,000.

Leland & Linda Denny sold the one-bedroom ranch house at 280 Champlin Place, near Stirling Basin, to Nicholas Ritacco-Canessa for $410,000.

JAMESPORT

Craig & Danica Calderone purchased the three-bedroom contemporary house with an in-ground pool at 7 Eileen Circle, near Jason’s Vineyard, from Bart & Karen Badalucco for $840,000.

Rena & Igor Kanda bought the three-bedroom, 2,400-square-foot house at 4 Simeon Road, near Iron Pier Beach, from Stephen & Christine Palmer for $940,000.

LAUREL

Robert & Narine Babinski sold the three-bedroom ranch house with an in-ground pool at 2400 Aldrich Lane, by Ev&Em Vineyards, to Rene Diaz for $945,000.

Christopher & Stephanie Kugler and Richard & Kathleen Kugler purchased the three-bedroom house with water views at 2360 Peconic Bay Blvd, by Brushs Point, from Ronald McCaskie for $943,260.

The Thomas Coticchio Trust sold the home on a 0.63-acre lot at 4045 Delmar Drive, just south of Lake Laurel Preserve, to Steven & Holly Ficner for $787,500.

MATTITUCK

7280 Sound Avenue LLC bought the commercial property at 7280 Sound Avenue, just down the road from Strawberry Fields, from Bruce Vitale for $1.95 million.

Robert & Ileesa Engel sold the house on a 0.49-acre lot at 305 Fay Court, by Strong’s Marine, to Victoria & Paul Fogarty for $1.65 million.

ORIENT

No real estate transfers were announced for Orient in the reports from April 16th and 23rd.

PECONIC

No real estate transfers were announced for Peconic in the reports from April 16th and 23rd.

RIVERHEAD

1375 West Main LLC purchased the two-bedroom ranch home at 1375 West Main Street, that sits on the Peconic River just east of the Tanger Outlets, from Mary Wade and Louise Byron LLC for $735,000.

Priscila Guaman bought the home at 1,400-square-foot ranch 236 Fishel Avenue, near the Peconic Estuary, from 236 Fischel Pl LLC for $556,200.

111 East Main Street Realty Corp sold the commercial property at 112 East Main Street, by Peconic Riverfront Park, to 110 E Main RH LLC for $1.32 million.

108 E Main RH LLC purchased the commercial property at 108 East Main Street, also by Peconic Riverfront Park,  from 108 East Main Street Associates for $1.13 million.

54 W Main LLC bought the commercial property at 54 West Main Street, near the Riverhead LIRR station, from HREA 54 W Main LLC for $1.075 million.

Patrick & Deborah Rowland sold the three-bedroom ranch house at 149 Vineyard Way, just south of Palmer Vineyards, to Kevin Bergami for $798,000.

Aloha Housing LLC purchased the commercial property on a 0.31-acre lot at 368 Sweezy Avenue, just west of Pulaski Street Intermediate School. from Sweezy Avenue LLC for $585,000.

Keith & April Lowe bought the two-bedroom condo with a balcony at 4006 Saint Andrews Avenue, tucked into the south end of Woods at Cherry Creek, from Ann Hill for $515,000.

SHELTER ISLAND

Barry & Gail Mallin sold the 1.2-acre vacant lot at 8 Wheeler Road, by West Neck Creek, to Tomasz & Iwona Wojciechowsk for $660,000.

David & Tiffany Rolfe purchased the waterfront house at 6A South Ram Island Drive, right by the Ram’s Head Inn, from Carolyn Demarest and Nelson & Jonathan Demarest for $4.1 million.

Edmund Dandridge, Suzanne Shaker and Sean Davy bought the vacant land at 10A Hillcrest Drive, near Crab Creek, from Diane Smith for $230,000.

SOUTHOLD

Marratime Capital V LLC sold the three-bedroom house with an in-ground pool at 1955 Laurel Avenue, just south of Long Creek, to Alan & Annie Omens for $2.4 million.

Nicholas & Jessica Marino purchased the four-bedroom Colonial house at 285 Blue Marlin Drive, near Southold Fish Market, from Ioannis Zoumas for $2.225 million.

Ann Marchese and Philip Patti bought the six-bedroom house with an above ground pool at 1755 Yennecott Drive, near the west end of Long Creek, from Thomas & Lori Ruthinoski for $940,000.

Ahmad-Ali Sardar-Afkhami sold a partial interest in the home at 44190 Route 25, near Osprey’s Dominion, to Mohamad Sardar for $400,000.
