Shelter Island sees second straight week with multiple $1 million-plus sales
For the second straight week, and third time in four weeks, there were multiple seven-figure residential sales on Shelter Island. Of the 18 homes sales on Shelter Island this calendar year, 15 have gone for more than $1 million. Ten of those have sold for more than $2 million.
Elsewhere, four vacant lots were purchased this week, including a 9.5-acre lot, with the development rights still intact, near One Woman Winery in Southold.

AQUEBOGUE
Rosa Guichay and Christian Faican purchased the four-bedroom ranch house with a private pool at 29 Linda Avenue, near Terry Creek, from the Halpin Living Trust for $670,000.
CUTCHOGUE

No real estate transfers were announced for East Marion this week.
GREEENPORT
Brecknock Hall Foundation Inc bought the 1.48-acre vacant lot at 2365 Route 25, next to Brecknock Hall, from Bluebird Farmstead Greenport LLC for $675,000.
Cheryl Vogel sold the four-bedroom farmhouse style home at 416 West Street, a 10-minute walk to the school, to Elaine Santos for $725,000.
Dorothy Beatty purchased the house on 0,12-acre lot at 318 Monsell Place, near Stony Brook ELIH, from the Estate of Cynthia Smith for $550,000.
JAMESPORT
No real estate transfers were announced for Jamesport this week.
LAUREL
NoFo DM Group LLC bought the one-acre vacant lot at 585 Franklinville Road, up the road from the Mattituck-Laurel Veterinary Hospital, from David & Elizabeth Commander for $465,000.
MATTITUCK
Gary Zaremba sold the house at 880 West Mill Road to Tower Barn LLC for $1.235 million. The property, located by Mattituck Inlet, contains an in-ground pool as well as one of the last three remaining six-story water towers in Southold Town.
Salvatore & Angela Posillico purchased the house on a 0.33-acre lot at 495 Rochelle Place, on James Creek, from the Estate of Anita Vassil for $525,000.

RIVERHEAD
Pedro Hernandez and Antonia Rojano purchased the six-bedroom farmhouse style home at 725 West Main Street, on the Peconic River, from Patricia Sarubbi for $848,709.
William Theroux bought the two-bedroom condo at 67 Stoneleigh Drive, near Woods at Cherry Creek, from Patricia Bracht for $600,000.
SHELTER ISLAND
Gary Sher Trust sold the three-bedroom contemporary house at 116 South Midway Road, by Dickerson Creek, to Adam Brenneman and Julia Jackson for $3.25 million.
Gerald Schwenk purchased the four-bedroom house at 106 South Ferry Road, near Smith Cove, from Robin & Kenneth Lewis for $2.25 million.
SOUTHOLD
Lightside Realty Corp bought the 9.5-acre vacant lot with development rights intact at 3635 Old North Road, near Horton Neck, from the Estate of Harriet Donopria for $1.5 million.
Jeremy & Andrice Gittler sold the four-bedroom colonial house at 2120 Brigantine Drive, a mile from Goose Creek Beach, to Celine Mo and Adrian Adamkovic for $1.15 million.
Jessie Wallen purchased the three-bedroom Craftsman house at 385 Cottage Place, near Town Creek, from Andrew Kurita and Alexis Barr for $899,000.
Michael McLoughlin and Alice Pesce bought the two-bedroom ranch house with an in-ground pool at 920 Pine Neck Road, just south of Jockey Creek, from Mark & Karen Lesko for $877,500.
Lynnore Schwarz sold the three-bedroom condo at 500 Meadow Court Apt 28G, by Corey Creek, to John & Cynthia Succoso for $865,000.
Robert Daly purchased the vacant lot at 335 Town Harbor Terrace, near Founders Landing, from Michael Logan for $700,000.
