A $1.735 million Jamesport sale led this week’s North Fork and Riverhead-area real estate transfers, followed by a $1.015 million Southold property and a $964,000 Mattituck sale. Elsewhere, a Laurel property changed hands for $760,000, while several Riverhead properties sold for between $322,500 and nearly $2 million.

Jamesport (11947)

  • 55 Seacove Lane — Peter and Jennifer Cieszko purchased the property from the Schoeffel Living Trust for $1,735,000.
  • 752 Peconic Bay Blvd. — John and Daria DeSantis purchased the property from Anna Firsova and Stuart Ramirez for $810,000.

Laurel (11948)

  • 5875 Peconic Bay Blvd. — John and Jill Romeo purchased the property from Christopher and Angela Jeffrey for $760,000.

Mattituck (11952)

  • 1055 Oregon Road — 1055 Oregon LLC purchased the property from the Estate of Patricia Krupski for $964,000.

Riverhead (11901)

  • 93 Pier Avenue — Lawrence and Jeanne Provenzano purchased the property from Red’s Adventures LLC for $1,986,340.
  • 18 North Walk — North Walk Realty LLC purchased the property from the Daniel Picciano Trust for $1,240,000.
  • 923 East Main Street — Monica and Jose Avila purchased the property from Tomasz Tarnowski and Anna Tarnowska for $575,000.
  • 500 Howell Court — Otto Gregorio and Massiel Abreu purchased the property from Jason, Carol and Sarah Floege for $525,000.
  • 901 Baltusrol Blvd. (condo) — Stanley Pelc purchased the property from the Mariann Kavanagh Trust for $520,000.
  • 737 Roanoke Avenue (commercial property) — 737 Roanoke Realty LLC purchased the property from Jonathan and Margaret Brown for $322,500.
  • 148 Woodhull Avenue — Wilian Leon-Diaz purchased the property from Karin Galea for $732,000.

Southold (11971)

  • 1100 Watersedge Way — Christopher and Susan Schneider purchased the property from the Estate of Patricia Ryan-Epifano for $1,015,000.
  • 240 Bayberry Road — Melina Santacroce purchased the property from Jerry, Joseph and Anthony Martocchia for $525,000.
